Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BLOXG website (bloxg.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Description of Services

BLOXG provides marketing and promotion services for Roblox games, including but not limited to:

  • Social media content creation and distribution (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels)
  • Influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Discord community growth and promotion
  • Roblox native advertising management
  • Google Ads campaign management
  • Consultation and growth strategy services

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental or guardian consent)
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
  • Own or have authorization to promote the Roblox game(s) submitted for campaigns
  • Comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards

Account and Orders

Account Creation

Some services may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Order Placement

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete
  • You own or have rights to promote the submitted game
  • The game complies with Roblox's Terms of Use
  • You authorize us to create and distribute promotional content for your game

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders for games that:

  • Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards
  • Contain inappropriate content for our promotional channels
  • Are not accessible or functional at campaign start
  • Are suspected of fraud or misrepresentation

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you agree to their terms of service. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Before campaign start: Full refund available if no work has begun
  • After campaign start: Partial refunds may be available proportional to undelivered services at our discretion
  • Completed campaigns: No refunds for delivered services
  • Performance-based refunds: We do not guarantee specific view counts or player numbers. Refunds are not available based on campaign performance metrics.

To request a refund, contact support@bloxg.com within 14 days of purchase.

Service Delivery

Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at purchase. While we strive to meet these timelines, they are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Game accessibility issues
  • Content approval processes
  • Creator availability
  • Platform policy changes
  • Circumstances beyond our control

No Performance Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results including but not limited to:

  • View counts on social media posts
  • Number of players acquired
  • Viral status or trending placement
  • Revenue or monetization outcomes
  • Discord member growth numbers

Social media algorithms and audience behavior are outside our control. We guarantee delivery of contracted services, not performance outcomes.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of your game, brand, and materials provided to us. By submitting content for campaigns, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

  • Create promotional content featuring your game
  • Distribute this content across social media platforms
  • Use your game name, screenshots, and gameplay footage in promotions
  • Include your materials in creator briefs

Creator Content

Content created by our creator network for your campaigns is owned by the respective creators. You are granted a license to use this content for your own promotional purposes with appropriate credit.

Our Content

The BLOXG website, branding, and materials are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to promote games that:

  • Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards
  • Contain explicit sexual content or nudity
  • Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Facilitate illegal activities or scams
  • Exploit or harm minors in any way
  • Contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities

We reserve the right to terminate services and refuse refunds for violations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for platform policy changes, algorithm changes, or account actions taken by Roblox or social media platforms

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLOXG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you provide violating laws or platform policies
  • Claims related to your Roblox game

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be:

  • First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
  • Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in England and Wales
  • Governed by the laws of England and Wales

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these terms
  • Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
  • Is fraudulent or illegal

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLOXG regarding our services.
