Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the BLOXG website (bloxg.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via on-platform notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect; non-material changes take effect immediately on posting. Your continued use of the services after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Description of Services
BLOXG operates a two-sided marketplace connecting Roblox developers with independent creators, influencers, and freelancers (collectively, "Creators"). The platform itself does not provide marketing, design, or development services directly — all work is offered and delivered by Creators acting as independent contractors. BLOXG's role is limited to:
- Hosting Creator profiles, service listings, and order conversations
- Holding payment in escrow until the developer releases it
- Providing on-platform messaging, off-platform-contact moderation, and dispute resolution
- Verifying Creator-platform ownership via OAuth where supported (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch) and reviewing other applications
- Processing payouts to Creators via PayPal or crypto
BLOXG is not a party to the underlying service contract between a developer and a Creator and does not warrant the work product itself. Disputes are mediated, not adjudicated, by BLOXG.
Eligibility
To use BLOXG, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental or guardian consent and must comply with applicable child-data laws)
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Own or have explicit authorization to promote the Roblox game(s) you submit
- Comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards
Accounts and Orders
Account Creation
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at bloxg.com/contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All brief information you provide is accurate and complete
- You own or have a license to promote the submitted game
- The game complies with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards
- You grant the Creator the rights described in “Content and Intellectual Property” below for the purpose of fulfilling the order
Order Acceptance and Refusal
BLOXG and individual Creators reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders for games that:
- Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards
- Contain content unsuitable for the Creator's audience or chosen promotional channel
- Are not accessible, functional, or correctly attributed at the time of campaign start
- Are suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or circumventing BLOXG fees
Payment, Escrow and Fees
Pricing
All prices on BLOXG are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect orders that have already been placed.
Escrow
When a developer pays for an order, the full amount is held in BLOXG escrow — the Creator does not receive funds until the developer formally releases the escrow (typically after reviewing the delivery). Escrow protects both parties: the developer can request revisions or open a dispute before releasing, and the Creator is guaranteed payment for work that has been accepted.
Fees
BLOXG charges:
- A buyer-side escrow fee on top of the quoted rate (covers card processing, dispute infrastructure, and marketplace operations). The fee is shown at checkout and included in “Total charged”.
- A small creator-side fee deducted from each payout (covers payout processing).
The exact fee percentages are surfaced at order time and may be updated for future orders with on-platform notice.
Payment Processing
Card payments are processed via Stripe; wallet credits are settled internally. By submitting payment, you agree to the relevant processor's terms. BLOXG does not store complete payment-card information.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because every order is held in escrow until released, the refund flow is straightforward:
- Before Creator acceptance: The developer can cancel the offer at any time and the full escrow amount returns to their BLOXG wallet automatically.
- After acceptance but before delivery: Either party may cancel by mutual agreement or via dispute. The escrow principal is refunded to the developer's wallet; the non-refundable BLOXG escrow fee may be retained to cover already-incurred processing costs.
- After delivery, before release: The developer can request unlimited revisions or open a dispute. If a dispute is resolved in the developer's favour, the escrow returns to their wallet (less the BLOXG fee where applicable).
- After release: Once the developer releases the escrow, the order is considered complete. No refunds are issued for completed orders.
- Performance-based refunds: BLOXG does not guarantee specific view counts, follower growth, or revenue outcomes. Refunds are not available based on campaign performance metrics — only on non-delivery or material brief deviation.
Refunds land back in your BLOXG wallet, from which you can withdraw to PayPal or crypto (subject to standard processing fees). To open a dispute or escalate, use the order page or email support via the contact form.
Service Delivery
Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are set per service or per offer and shown at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees. Common reasons for delay include:
- Game accessibility or build issues that block the Creator's work
- Platform approval / content-review processes (TikTok, YouTube, Discord, etc.)
- Creator availability or platform algorithm changes
- Force majeure or circumstances outside either party's control
If a delivery slips materially past its estimate, the developer may request a cancellation or open a dispute.
No Performance Guarantees
Neither BLOXG nor individual Creators guarantee specific results, including:
- View counts, watch time, or engagement on social-media posts
- Number of players acquired, retention, or session length
- Viral status, trending placement, or algorithmic boost
- Revenue, monetization, or DevEx outcomes
- Discord member growth or retention
Social-media algorithms and audience behaviour are outside our and the Creators' control. Creators warrant delivery of the contracted services described in the offer; they do not warrant the audience response to those services.
Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your game, brand, screenshots, footage, and any other materials you provide. By submitting them with an order, you grant BLOXG and the assigned Creator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence for the duration of the order (and for a reasonable archival period afterwards) to:
- Reference your game in brief discussions on-platform
- Create the deliverables described in the offer (video, thumbnail, scripting, etc.)
- Distribute the deliverables on the agreed promotional channels
The licence does not extend to using your materials for unrelated marketing of the Creator or BLOXG itself unless you opt in separately.
Creator-Created Content (Influencer Videos, Streams and Posts)
Content the Creator produces and posts on their own social-media channels (YouTube videos, TikTok posts, Twitch / Kick VODs, Instagram Reels, Discord promotion threads, etc.) remains the Creator's intellectual property on those channels. Once an order is paid for and delivered, the following applies:
- The developer is granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to reference, embed and re-share the content for the promotion of the contracted game. No attribution is required beyond what the platform itself displays.
- The Creator may not delete, privatise, unlist, or otherwise remove the contracted post from its public channel without the developer's consent or BLOXG admin approval. The promotional placement is the deliverable; removing it after payment effectively undoes the work the developer paid for. Violations may be treated as a partial non-delivery for refund and dispute purposes and may also result in moderation action (suspension or ban) on the Creator's account.
- Standard exceptions: a Creator may take down a post if compelled to do so by the host platform's Terms of Service, a valid legal demand, or a documented safety reason. In such cases the Creator must notify BLOXG within 48 hours so a replacement deliverable or refund can be arranged.
- Posts must remain live for the duration originally agreed in the brief, or, if no duration is specified, for a minimum of 12 months from the date of publication.
Creator-Produced Production Assets (Thumbnails, Builds, Scripts, UI, 3D, etc.)
For non-influencer services where the Creator produces an asset and hands it off (graphics, thumbnails, builds, Lua scripts, UI, 3D models, animations, VFX, music, etc.), full commercial usage rights transfer to the developer upon escrow release, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Source files are provided per the listed package terms. The Creator retains the right to feature the work in their own portfolio unless the developer opts out.
BLOXG Content
The BLOXG website, branding, copy, and design system are BLOXG's intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
On-Platform Conduct
To preserve escrow protections, dispute resolution, and the ability to issue refunds, all booking and brief discussion must stay on BLOXG chat. Off-platform contact attempts (Discord, WhatsApp, email, Telegram, Snapchat, payment-app handles, crypto wallets, etc.) are auto-flagged for moderator review and may result in:
- A warning email to the offending party
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account ban (for repeated or egregious violations)
- Forfeiture of any escrow funds held against the offending account
Once funds leave BLOXG escrow, we cannot recover them — off-platform payment voids buyer protection, voids dispute resolution, and voids refunds. Keep everything on-platform.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use BLOXG to promote games or post content that:
- Violates Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards
- Contains sexual content, nudity, or other content unsuitable for minors
- Promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Facilitates illegal activity, gambling-as-a-service for minors, or scams
- Exploits or harms minors in any way
- Contains malicious code, security vulnerabilities, or attempts to phish other users
BLOXG may terminate access and forfeit fees for any violation. Where a Creator has been paid for prohibited work, escrow may be returned to the developer at BLOXG's discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BLOXG's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
- BLOXG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data
- BLOXG's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the platform shall not exceed the BLOXG fee paid on the specific order giving rise to the claim
- BLOXG is not liable for the acts or omissions of Creators or developers, or for platform-policy or algorithm changes by Roblox, Stripe, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, Instagram, Discord, or any other third party
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLOXG, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Content you provide that violates laws or platform policies
- Claims related to your Roblox game or your conduct as a Creator
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or the BLOXG platform shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, where applicable, BLOXG's internal dispute-resolution flow
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
- Governed by the laws of England and Wales (without regard to conflict-of-laws principles)
Termination
BLOXG may suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without prior notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe:
- Violates these terms or our community standards
- Is harmful to other users, BLOXG, or third parties
- Is fraudulent, illegal, or facilitates illegal activity
On termination, any funds held in your BLOXG wallet that are not tied to an open dispute or pending order will be released to your designated payout method, less applicable processing fees.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms displayed at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and BLOXG regarding the platform.
