How will I receive Card Empire?
The experience is owned by a Roblox group (community). The seller makes you the group's owner, so the experience, passes, products and badges move with it. You'll tick off each included item on your order page as it arrives.
What if the seller doesn't transfer the game?
Your payment is held by BLOXG, not the seller. If the game or anything listed doesn't arrive, report a problem on the order page: the money stays on hold and an admin reviews it, refunding you to your BLOXG wallet if the transfer didn't happen. If you don't respond within 7 days of the seller marking it transferred, the payment is released.
Can I offer less than the asking price?
