A service (also called a package) is a pre-priced offering a creator publishes. Instead of negotiating a custom offer, you click Buy now on a service like '30-second TikTok showcase — $50, 4-day delivery' and the order is created instantly at the listed price. Same chat, escrow, and accept-delivery flow as a custom offer.

Click Buy now on any service card, pick which of your games it's for, review the itemized quote (service price + 5% buyer fee), and confirm. The creator gets a notification, you both land in the chat thread, and the funds are held in escrow until you accept the delivery.

Sure — instead of clicking Buy now, click Message on the creator's profile and send a custom offer with your price. They can accept, decline, or counter. Services are just the easy default; everything's negotiable.

Creators set prices themselves based on their experience, audience, and delivery effort. We don't fix rates. The browse shows real prices — sort by Price ↑ to find affordable starter packages or by Most popular to see what other developers actually book.

Influencer videos are single deliverables from one creator (e.g. one TikTok video). Promo packages are bundled campaigns — multiple creators, multiple platforms, coordinated timing — usually around a launch or major update. Pick promo packages when you want a coordinated push instead of one-off videos.

Yes — that's a major part of what BLOXG covers. Roblox-specific Lua scripters, Studio builders, UI designers, 3D modelers, animators, thumbnail artists, sound designers, QA testers all publish packages here. Filter by category at the top of the browse to find them.

Every order has a built-in revision flow. After the creator marks it delivered, you can either Accept (releases payment) or Request revision (sends it back with your notes). Revisions are unlimited until you're happy or you flag the order for admin review.

Yes. Only services from approved creators (status='approved') appear in the public browse. Inactive or unlisted services never appear here. Every creator's account goes through admin review before they can publish anything.

Sign up as a creator, complete onboarding so you appear in the marketplace, then go to Dashboard → Services and click Add a service. Set a title, description, price, delivery days, platform (if relevant), and category. Upload a thumbnail. Save — it appears on your profile and in the public browse instantly.

Sign up for free as a developer or creator. Developers browse creator profiles or pre-priced services, send a custom offer or click Buy now, then chat through the brief on-platform. Creators set their own rates, deliver via the chat, and get paid out of escrow once you accept the work.

When you place an order, the full amount (service price + BLOXG escrow fee) is held in BLOXG escrow. The creator never sees the money until you accept the delivery. If something goes wrong — late delivery, off-brief work, no-show — you can request a revision, cancel and get a refund (minus the non-refundable BLOXG escrow fee), or flag it for an admin to review.

On the buyer side: a single BLOXG escrow fee added on top of the listed price and shown on the quote. It bundles the 5% marketplace fee with the card processing pass-through, so what you see at checkout is what you pay. On the creator side: a 5% creator fee is deducted from the payout. No listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no fees if you cancel before paying. The BLOXG escrow fee itself is non-refundable on cancellations (it's already gone to the card processor).

Each service shows the delivery window upfront — typically 3–7 days for influencer videos, 1–3 days for thumbnails and icons, longer for building / scripting / animation. Custom offers let you set the deadline. If a creator runs late you can ask to extend or cancel for a full refund.

Every order has a built-in revision flow. Yes. Before the creator delivers (status = pending, accepted, or in_progress) either side can cancel and the buyer gets a full refund. Once a delivery is submitted, use the revision flow or flag the order instead of cancelling outright.

Yes — every creator has a Message button on their profile. You get a direct chat thread (not tied to any order) where you can ask about timing, scope, or send your game link. When you're ready, click Hire to start a custom offer or Buy now on one of their packages.

Off-platform dealing is against our terms and is auto-blocked in chat. Once money leaves BLOXG escrow we can't recover it for you — voids buyer protection, voids dispute resolution, voids refunds. Repeated attempts result in a permanent ban for both parties. Keep everything on-platform; that's the deal.

When a buyer accepts your delivery, the creator-net amount (your quoted rate minus the 5% creator fee) is credited to your BLOXG wallet instantly. From your dashboard you set a payout method (PayPal or crypto: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL) and request a payout when you want. Admins process payouts within a few business days.

Buyers pay through BLOXG escrow at checkout. Creators receive payouts via PayPal or crypto (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL on common networks); they pick their rail in their dashboard. Roblox Robux is not used as currency, everything is real USD.

Creators connect their TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, or Kick via OAuth — verified accounts get a green ✓ badge on their profile. Featured creators get a star ★. Audience numbers come from the platform's official API, not self-reported. Service-side categories (graphics, scripting, etc.) are reviewed by an admin before going live.

No — BLOXG is an independent marketplace built specifically for the Roblox ecosystem. We're not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Yes. Cancel before delivery → full refund. Creator no-show → full refund after admin review. Order delivered but doesn't match the brief → request revisions; if revisions don't resolve, flag the issue and we'll refund partial or full depending on the situation. Refunds land back in your BLOXG wallet so you can spend them on a different creator immediately.
